Still no Snow

Okay, there have been a couple nice snow showers but it is just too warm. And here I am, with my full winter coat - I think of this as my panther shot - ready to get my big furry paws into the white stuff and, nada.

There was a gorgeous moment the other day: black stormy sky, slanting light from a gap in the clouds and big snowflakes falling, lit up by the sunlight and very white against the dark sky. I tried to chase a few but mostly it was just pretty.

I think even the birds are a bit bummed at this point.
